What is the return policy?
Because Pressler Made is a small, single-maker operation, I don’t offer traditional automated returns. Every item is made, inspected, and shipped with care to ensure top quality.
That said, your satisfaction matters!
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact me directly. I handle concerns personally and on a case-by-case basis and will do everything I can to make sure you’re pleased with your experience.
When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days to process, pack, and ship your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products made?
Every product is designed and 3D-printed in Ohio, USA.
While the raw materials (such as filament) come from global suppliers, all design, printing, quality control, and shipping are done in-house.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
